Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the rules and standards for using the link2info platform (“Services”). By using link2info, you agree to comply with this Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that violates this Policy, and to remove content that we, in our sole discretion, find harmful, offensive, or unlawful.

1. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use link2info to upload, share, sell, or promote any of the following:

• Illegal Content: Anything that violates applicable laws or regulations, including:

• Illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods
  
  
• Pirated software, media, or copyrighted content without rights
  
  
• Infringing Content: Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or the intellectual property rights of others.
  
  
• Hate Speech or Violence: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, harassment, or violence based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
  
  
• Malicious or Deceptive Practices:
  
  
• Phishing, scams, or impersonation
  
  
• Malware, ransomware, viruses, or other harmful code
  
  
• Misleading claims or fake stores
  
  
• Adult or Pornographic Content:
  Sexual content, nudity, or explicit material is not permitted on link2info, even if marked as "private."
  
  
• Personal or Confidential Data:
  
  
• Posting or distributing private information (e.g., government IDs, credit card numbers, passwords) without consent
  
  
• Doxxing or threats
  
  
• Gambling, Crypto Scams, or High-Risk Products:
  
  
• Unauthorized online casinos or lotteries
  
  
• Pump-and-dump crypto schemes or fake tokens
  
  

2. Storefront Use

If you use the e-commerce features:

• You may only sell legal, digital products that you have the rights to distribute.
  
  
• All sales must comply with local, state, and federal laws, including consumer protection and tax rules.
  
  
• You may not sell or promote prohibited items listed above.
  
  

We reserve the right to remove listings or stores that we deem non-compliant or unsafe for the platform or its users.

3. System Abuse and Platform Integrity

Do not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with link2info’s infrastructure
  
  
• Scrape or collect data from the platform without permission
  
  
• Create bulk or automated accounts (e.g., bots, spam)
  
  
• Upload unusually large files or engage in excessive bandwidth use that disrupts other users

We take all reports seriously and may investigate or take action without notice, including content removal or account suspension.

5. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted publicly, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
