Counter-Notice (If You Believe a Takedown Was Mistaken)

If your content was removed and you believe it was taken down in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:

1. Your name, contact info, and username
   
   
2. The link to the removed content and an explanation of why it should not be considered infringement
   
   
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error or misidentification
   
   
4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your area and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the DMCA notice
   
   
5. Your electronic or physical signature
   
   

We may reinstate content if a valid counter-notice is received and no legal action is initiated by the original claimant within 10 business days.
